When the Brain Goes Wrong

 18.00

One in two French people experiences brain dysfunction, directly or indirectly affected by a psychological imbalance – stress, anxiety, depression, spasmophilia, burnout… – or even a brain disease.

In this work, Dr. Jean-Pierre Willem proposes natural alternatives to commonly prescribed psychotropic medications, whose efficacy is sometimes debatable and side effects always undesirable…

The author reminds us that herbal remedies and other specific supplements are the most natural solutions to boost brain function, limit the body’s waste production, prevent the development of certain pathologies, and restore psychological balance.

Diet plays an equally important role. While there is no miracle food to prevent brain aging, certain foods and supplements with antioxidant properties are indicated for protecting cells and neurons.

A practical guide offering solutions from complementary and natural medicines to nourish the brain and prevent or limit pathologies, respecting the body’s physiology and the mechanisms of the psyche.
