Phyt-Inov organic flaxseed oil is offered only in capsules to prevent oxidation and any storage issues.
The main uses of flaxseed oil stem from its richness in polyunsaturated fatty acids (about 70%), especially linolenic and linoleic acids, from which it takes its name. Essential fatty acids, especially omega-3s, are vital to the body’s cells. The brain and nervous system are made up of more than 50% essential fatty acids.
Flaxseed oil is one of the few plant sources of omega-3. It is by far the richest in ALA (alpha-linolenic acid). Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are then synthesized in the body.

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA.

Flaxseed oil can be used by women during menopause to support comfort.

Par ce message, je voulais remercier Phyt inov pour les excellents produits commercialisés par cette marque.
Cela fait près de 15 ans que j’utilise au quotidien ces produits et je ne peux que les recommander .
C’est par les livres du Dr Willem que je les ai connus et je n’ai pas retrouvé ailleurs des produits de cette qualité.
