Lepidium latifolium (watercress)
Watercress is a perennial plant, also called broadleaf pepperweed. It belongs to the crucifer family. It contains substances (phenols, flavonoids, quercetin), myricetin, and lepidine.
Three essential oils
Among about ten interesting essential oils, we selected three:
• Ginger is a legendary spice used for millennia in India and China and now actively revisited by scientists.
Ginger essential oil is made up of sesquiterpene hydrocarbons and vanilloids (zingiberene and curcumene).
• Litsea citrata essential oil belongs to the citral family.
• Black seed oil (Nigella sativa) contains caryophyllene, humulene, and thymoquinone.
Composition: dry extract of common mugwort, dry extract of Lepidium latifolium, iron gluconate, essential oils of ginger and litsea citrata, and black seed oil.
Box of 100 vegetable capsules dosed at 420 mg.
